I recently added the official footnote plugin. The idea was to make blog posts that use footnotes render properly.[1] The plugin is working for regular posts,[2] but not the imported text from my blog. Not sure how to fix that just yet. Rebuilding the HTML hasn’t seemed to help. Probably need to understand how that system works.
In the meantime, we now can have footnotes in comments to the blog!
